What an amazing country we live in. We're so grateful to have a business in the Land of the Free because of the Brave! As you celebrate all these blessings on the 4th of July, we have some special 4th of July pies to take with ya!

*4th of July Pies must be pre-ordered by 7/1 or you'll have to come by our shop to pick something up! We will be open on 7/4 (Tuesday) until 530pm for walkins and preorder pickups!

Here's the 1776 Quad:

  • Strawberries and Cream (4th of July Style) - Flaky pastry crust, rich vanilla cream filling, sweet strawberry reduction with fresh strawberries folded inside. House-made whip, strawberry slices and 4th of July mini milk chocolate chips.
  • S'more Pie - Your favorite 4th of July fireside treat, made deliciously into a pie!
  • Red White and Blueberry - It's a vanilla cream with a blueberry reduction, hint of cinnamon, Finley cream and fresh strawberries. Oh my! All on top of our buttery, graham crust.
  • Apple - The classic American pie conjuring up patriotic memories since the revolution.

Gluten Free Options*:

These are made with a gluten free, buttery chocolate or vanilla cookie crust. So good!

*Gluten Free obscene astericks statement - like most commercial kitchens, our kitchen is not a 100% gluten free.  However, we do take precaution and do our absolute best to make these pies without gluten, but there is a possibility for cross-contamination.
