Our goal is to create a cozy and intimate atmosphere where you and your guests can indulge in the comforting flavors of homemade pies.
Trailer Aesthetics:
Our vintage pie trailer is a beautiful homage to yesteryear. Adorned with weathered wood, distressed finishes, and charming vintage signage, it exudes rustic elegance and fits perfectly into any vintage, outdoor, farm or elegant event or wedding. The trailer's exterior showcases ornate details, such as antique-style wheels and rustic trim, creating an inviting and nostalgic ambiance that will transport you to a bygone era.
Homemade Pie Selection:
Birdie's Pie Shop is already well-known in crafting traditional homemade pies and new exciting flavors. Using time-honored recipes passed down through Grandma Birdies. Our bakers use fresh and locally sourced ingredients to create pies with rich flavors and flaky crusts that evoke memories of grandma's kitchen. From classic apple pie to tangy lemon meringue and indulgent pecan pie, our menu offers a range of beloved favorites.
Cozy Pie Tastings:
To ensure your wedding day is infused with your palate in mind, we offer free intimate pie tastings. After all, it is your day. Our friendly staff will serve you and your partner with a selection of freshly baked mini pies while sharing the stories and traditions behind the recipes. Our staff members are carefully chosen and dressed in professional attire, perfectly complementing the brand of our pie bar trailer. They will welcome your guests with warm smiles and attentive service, ensuring they feel transported to a simpler time. Our team will gladly assist your guests in selecting their favorite pies and share anecdotes about the recipes when asked, adding a personal touch to the experience.
Pricing:
- $250 per hour + pies (2 hour minimum) Most events only need 2 hours. Each hour after the first two is $150 per hour.
- 10% off any pie order when booking The Pie Bar.

- Delivery Up to 30 miles (per mile fee after that up to 50 miles)
- Set Up
- Take Down
- Birdie's Pie Shop Staff to Serve Pies, Greet Guests from the Trailer
Does Not Include:
- We cannot have Pie Bar Reservations over 50 miles away
- Decorated pie table seen in pictures (please see our wedding faqs for that service)
